About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced District Project Manager to lead our remediation projects in Southern California. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, enhancing customer relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety is the top priority by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and increase customer loyalty.
- Incorporate customer feedback into product development and services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and develop plans to address issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets for customer growth and relationship programs.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on customer growth and relationship programs.
- Guide proposal and bidding strategies to improve win percentages and execution feasibility.
- Travel to visit customers, project sites, and crews as needed.
- Provide guidance to operational teams to support and improve project outcomes.
- Maintain key vendor relationships, especially those with beneficial reciprocal relationships.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional licenses (PG, PE, etc.) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR required.
