Who are we?
TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCm projects in Oil, Gas, Energy, Pharma and industrial construction sector. Who are we looking for?

Min. 3 years of experience as a document controller (in industrial/engineering sector)

Understanding of document control systems/software

Strong understanding of industry terminology, policies, and processes.

Understanding of established procedures for creating, reviewing, approving, storing, and archiving documents.

In possession of EU work permit / EU nationality (NO work permit sponsorship available by client for this position)

Knowledge of English (Dutch is a big plus)

Ability to understand and maintain security protocols for sensitive project documents.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What will you do?

Register, maintain and organize project technical documents using document management software.

Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control purposes.

Keep other personnel informed about new document versions and access procedures.

Securely store and archive all project documents (electronic and physical).

Communicate effectively with project team members on document control procedures.

Liaise with internal and external parties regarding document requests and approvals.

Ensure adherence to company and industry standards for document control.
Contract: Freelancer or employee contract is available.
Duration: 4 - 6 months (with possibility of longer collaboration)
Start Date: September 2024
