“TRS has an urgent opportunity for a Draughtsman with Infrastructure, Marine Construction and Plant experience to join our client’s project team based at MAYDON WHARF, DURBAN.”

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Calculate dimensions and material requirements.
• Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of project engineers and architects.
• Outline the project’s construction process on the technical drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Draughting or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years plus recent experience as a Draughtsman in various Industry sectors.
• Maths skills and attention to detail.
• Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Must be a self-starter with good problem-solving skills.
