Job Summary:
  • Coordinate the electrical team on vessel machinery side, where good electrical knowledge is necessary.
  • Plan the electrical maintenance reporting to the Electrical lead / Chief Engineer.
  • Respect of HSE and Quality procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control on-board machinery electrical/electronic equipment according to safety procedures.
  • Define maintenance work setting priorities and propose maintenance schedule.
  • Propose to own superior the required quantity of material stock levels in order to maintain work continuity.
  • Ensure that work activities are carried out in compliance with safety procedures and practices.
  • Ensure the efficiency of the machinery electrical/electronic equipment.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Offshore experience on Construction and Heavy lift vessel, with the position of ETO. (CRUTIAL Requirement).
  • Deep knowledge of Kongsberg k-chief system.
  • Knowledge of HV power production system, power generation system, synchronization means, load sharing.
  • Valid BOSIET/H2S Opito approved.
  • Seaman’s book.
