"Seeking an Engineering Manager willing to relocate to BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA, must have a sound engineering background, supervisory knowledge, man management skills, planning and maintenance scheduling experience for our international client specializing in the Manufacturing Industry.”

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Directs and co-ordinates the maintenance activities on site to ensure “best possible” maintenance practices, and the provision of engineering services and leadership necessary to fulfil all stakeholder requirements.
• Control plant repair and maintenance expenditure, within budgeted levels, ensure the capability and reliability of production equipment and processes.
• Manage SPIC and other spares management while working within the Repair and Maintenance budget.
• Responsible for breakdown escalation and recovery process and for delivering flexibility for day trades support.
• Manage improvements in machine uptime availability and mean time between machine failures.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
