HR Administrator
Edmonton, AB

We're currently seeking for a HR Administrator for one of our clients within the oil and gas industry. This role provides day to day support with HR/Payroll activities including, but not limited to maintenance of personnel and office records, correspondence, filing and reporting systems.  

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including posting job ads, resume screening, and tracking / reporting.
  • Prepare employment offers or change of condition letters.
  • Maintain various filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees in all systems.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic or special reports or correspondence.
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Support with other tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Business Administration Diploma preferred.
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is an asset.
  • Two or more years of general office administration experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
