HSE Specialist Buildings

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist (Buildings) to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSE management within large-scale industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide HSE training and support to all site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including incident reports, training logs, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HSE Specialist or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in HSE management are preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
