Off Site Field Engineering Manager (Mining Project) - Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading international EPC company in the Middle East is renowned for its innovative approach and technical excellence. It plays a crucial role in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all off-site engineering activities for the copper mining project, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the engineering team, project managers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the engineering process, making informed decisions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mining, or related field).
• 8 years of proven experience in engineering management, particularly in mining projects.
• Must be willing to work on a single status.
• Willingness to undertake occasional site visits (outside UAE).
