Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Full time/Direct Hire
Compensation: $90,000-120,000+ depending upon years of experience

POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is expanding their Injection Molding operations and is looking for interested individuals to fill a Technical Sales Representative position. The Sales Representative will be tasked with finding and working closely with new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on our products and services.
** Must have previous Manufacturing experience. **
Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new leads through current personal/professional network, online sales strategies and cold calling.
- Directly communicate with prospects to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
- Populate and present quotes to prospective customers, negotiate and close sales.
- Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by the company.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.
- Manufacturing experience
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least Three years’ experience working in Sales.
- Proven experience in a sales role. “We are looking for a Bull Dog!”
- Strong Organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous Plastic Injection Molding experience is highly preferred
