Our Client is looking for a Lead Cost Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement a project controls plan
- Plan and organize the setup of project baseline
- Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline
- Providing technical and administrative direction, coordination
- Coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists
- Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan
- Manage the review of Project Profit/Risk Analysis with management
- Lead the proposal efforts for cost/scheduling activities
- Lead the project control team
- Coordinate internal and external audits
Basic Job Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree
- 10-15 years of work related experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Scrum, Lean, Agile Methodologies or willingness to learn in practice
- Must have experience as Cost Lead
- Flexibility to travel internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matters
