Fluor is one of the world's largest publicly traded engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and maintenance companies, providing innovative EPC services to government and private-sector clients in diverse industries.
Fluor is currently working with Iluka, a global leader in critical minerals, to design and build the Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery Project in Western Australia (285km North of Perth CBD). Once online, the Project will produce a number of minerals used in an array of applications, various modern and future technologies, construction, medical, lifestyle and industrial uses.

The project is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join the Perth team working in their state-of-the-art office to coordinate all of the logistics requirements for the Project.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in the tendering process for the award of the Project Freight Forwarding contract.
- Review of all transportation and logistics policies, plans and procedures for the Project to ensure compliance with Client and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate site deliverables and communicate requirements for any specialized handling equipment required on site.
- Ensure that the Project Freight Forwarder is updated on all active Project purchase orders for equipment and materials.
- Coordination of storage facilities and offsite warehousing for the project.
- Support the activities of the Expediting and SQS team members on the Project.
Requirements
- 15 + years working in Project Logistics.
- Experience working on large EPC / EPCM projects.
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with various stakeholders including Project Management, Technical Disciplines, Client Representatives, Colleagues, Peers and Suppliers & Contractors
- Excellent time management skills
