Night shift Supervisor

Our client, a globally leading EPC company are seeking a  Night Shift Supervisor to join them on a high profile, 1.to oversee all aspects of construction activities during the evening and overnight hours. This is a crucial leadership role, similar to a construction manager, but focused on night shift operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the construction site during the night shift, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and mentorship.
• Collaborate with project managers and day shift supervisors to plan and execute nightly tasks, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections of the work area to maintain high-quality standards, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Manage and document all construction activities on the night shift, including materials usage, labor hours, and progress reports.
• Address any concerns or challenges that arise during the night shift, using strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment throughout the night.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the night shift.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, pharmaceutical experience is desirable.  
• Proven track record of leading and motivating construction crews.
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
