Off Site High-Head / High-Lift Manager (Mining Project) - Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading international EPC company in the Middle East is renowned for its innovative approach and technical excellence. It plays a crucial role in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-head/high-lift operations to ensure efficient and safe extraction processes.
• Ensure all high-head/high-lift equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure all operations comply with local and international safety standards.
• Lead and train a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, equipment status, and safety compliance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8 years of proven experience in high-head/high-lift operations within the copper-gold mining, oil & gas industry (EPC).
• Must be willing to work on a single status.
• Willingness to undertake occasional site visits (outside UAE).
