Pressure Vessel inspector

TRS has an exciting opportunity for QA/QC professionals with a European MNC as a Pressure Vessel Inspection Engineer. 
The role is based out of Panipat in Haryana.

Location: Panipat

Major Responsibilities:
Site inspection and shop inspections of Mounded Bullets and Pressure Vessels.

Requirements for Pressure Vessel Engineer
ASNT NDT LEVEL II(RT,UT PT,MPT,VT) & LEVEL II IN ECT WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CSWIP 3.1 WELDING INSPECTOR.

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN INSPECTION OF STATIC EQUIPMENTS (HEAT EXCHANGERS, COLUMNS, REACTORS, PRESSURE VESSELS, ETC)

SHOULD HAVE SOND KNOWLEDGE ON DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION OF STATIC EQUIPMENTS.

GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON PREPARATION & REVIEW OF WELDING DOCUMENTS (WPS, PQR, WPQ) AS PER DIFFERENT NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CODES

SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF CODES (ASME SEC II PART A & C, SEC 5, SEC VIII DIV 1, SEC IX, ASME B 31.3 & 31.1)

SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF TESTING INVOLVED IN STATIC EQUIPMENT INSPECTION (DESTRUCTIVE TESTING- TENSILE TEST BEND TEST, HYDRO TEST, PNEUMATIC TEST, IMPACT TEST, ETC)

SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF DIFFERENT Material (CS, SS, DSS, SDSS, LAS, Inconel.etc)

SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF HEAT TREATMENT PROCESSES (PWHT, NORMALISING, ANNEALING, ETC)

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE OF USING MEASURING INSTRUMENTS.
Educational Qualification Work Experience

Candidate should be BE Mechanical with minimum 10 years of experience / Diploma with 12 years in construction of refinery / petrochemical / fertilizer / chemical plants out of which minimum 5 years of work experience in Manufacturing / Site in any medium to large project.

Other Skill Competencies: Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and good writing speaking in English.
