Job Details
An excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Delhi. They are dealing in EPC / PMC and Cryo / ASU Technology.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Feed, Basic and Detail Engineering.
Brief Description
Process Design Engineer – Cryogenic / Air Separation should have a strong ability in technical matters with profound knowledge of applicable Engineering principles and processes with an emphasis on safe, compliant, reliable, efficient and practical solutions required for the engineering design and execution of proposals and projects.
The major responsibilities are:
- Developing and implementing industry-leading engineering practices, workflows, and procedures.
- Participating in project reviews and ensuring workflows are efficient.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations to subject matter experts (SMEs) and project management teams.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for accurate project estimations.
- Continuously improving engineering practices based on data-driven insights.
- Solving complex engineering problems with innovative solutions.
- Leading training programs for designers, engineers, and senior engineers within your discipline.
- Staying current on industry trends by attending professional meetings and conferences.
- Reviewing and approving vendor documents for your discipline.
- Providing technical support during site inspections.
- Performing man-hour calculations using specialized engineering tools.
- Perform line size calculations
- Perform hydraulic calculations
- Ensuring project compliance with all technical and contractual requirements.
- Delivering high-quality engineering designs on time and within budget Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&ID’s etc.) and process deliverables
- Skills in Process software like ASPEN HYSYS and / or PRO II, HTRI, PIPENET, FLARENET and Bluebeam.
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
- BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech – Chemical / Petroleum Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
