Project Controls Manager

They specialize in a wide range of services, including building and infrastructure projects, mechanical and electrical contracting, and concrete manufacturing. Their work has significantly contributed to the development and modernization of the region’s infrastructure and economy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project controls plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Monitor project progress, analyze deviations, and provide performance reports.
• Coordinate resource allocation and track utilization.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare financial forecasts.
• Monitor and manage project risks, including change management and dispute resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project controls with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Possession of professional body membership or equivalent is desirable.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, including Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
