Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-office projects for our client. The Project Manager will ensure quality deliverables, serve as the primary client contact, interact with regulatory agencies, mentor staff, and handle corporate reporting. They will also manage the utilization of technical staff and may delegate tasks to other Project Manager roles. This is a full-time permanent role.

Salary Range: $54-$72/Hour. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 

• Supervises projects in the region from inception to completion, adhering to established protocols.
• Coordinates the effective use and scheduling of technical staff working on their projects.
• Handles income and revenue at the project level.
• Creates and manages project timelines, plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Acts as the primary liaison for clients.
• Is responsible for the overall performance of the project.
• Conducts project initiation meetings and post-project evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with internal and client contract stipulations.
• Is responsible for the safety of project staff and enforces safety protocols at the project level.
• Regularly reviews project expenses, verifies invoicing reports, and updates future work estimates.

 
Qualifications: 
 

• Has more than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Holds a pertinent degree, such as a Bachelor of Science.
• Possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or its equivalent.
• Has substantial experience in budget management, cost controls, and handling change work orders.
• Proficient in drafting client proposals and work plans.
• Has considerable computer proficiency, with significant knowledge of MS Office.
• Demonstrates expertise in project management, including scheduling, budget tracking, and scope change.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills.
• Excels in building effective interpersonal relationships and fostering a positive and productive team environment.
