“TRS has an urgently opportunity for a Dutch speaking Recruitment Consultant with an affinity for technical disciplines experience to be based in HOOFDORP, NETHERLANDS.”

SCOPE:
• Responsible for Recruitment and Revenue Generation within the area of Oil & Gas, Renewables, EPCM projects.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Self-driven and goal driven - Plan and organize own work assignments, within guidelines from management staff
• Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with hiring managers and their support organizations
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions; pre- screen and interview candidates as required
• Participate with the hiring team in interviews, reference checks, employment applications, and resumes
• Help to create and place employment ads on social media, job portals and alike
• Building and maintaining the recruitment database and submitting daily recruitment tracking via the company database system

SKILLS:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant with multi-disciplinary abilities.
• Success driven individual who can self-manage.
• Dutch speaking
