“We have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Manager. Must have exceptional Technical Recruitment Industry experience. This position is based in Gliwice, POLAND.”

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Technical Recruitment Industry.
• Preferred experience in Advanced Technology and Life Science (ATLS) type of projects/clients
• Experience in technical recruitment agency a major plus but needs to have account managed with major clients.
• Experience managing recruitment teams (10+ recruiters would be preferred).
• Experienced in supporting / working with international offices.
• Needs to be locally available in/around Gliwice.
• Excellent English skills (speaking / writing).
• Pro-active mentality.
• Open to change/ Adaptive.
• Experienced administration and reporting.
