TRS is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to join our client’s team. This role emphasizes securing repair and overhaul orders while pursuing field service and maintenance opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in a team environment, collaborating with various business departments.

Salary Range: $85K - $110K/year

Responsibilities
  • Visit customer sites to discuss maintenance, outages, opportunities, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with bidding teams to meet customer requests and secure profitable orders.
  • Lead or assist in contract negotiations and report on business development progress.
  • Secure repeat orders and long-term contracts within the market.
  • Maintain CRM for visibility into customer activity and ensure current information.
  • Update management on customer visits and regional market changes.
  • Achieve budgeted customer orders for repair, overhaul, and field service of approved engines.
  • Analyze RFQs for profitability and clarify quotations as needed.
  • Work with managers and directors to meet objectives and develop a regional business strategy.
  • Manage regional customer accounts and maintain the customer base with exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment or gas turbines is preferred.
  • Strong focus on customer account management and service.
  • Experience in power generation and oil & gas industries is a plus.
  • Skilled in commercial negotiations.
  • Essential planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
