What will you be doing?
•Senior Planner and planning focal point for two recently won Projects
•Proactively identify schedule risks and opportunities and engage with relevant stakeholders.
•Maintaining and developing progress monitoring, forecasting and dashboards in both PowerBI and Primavera P6 to support project performance measurements and to engage stakeholders.
•Preparing planning related reports such as narratives and status reports
•Setting up progress monitoring and forecasting systems
•Preparing planned versus as-built, hindcasting, lessons learnt
•Support department improvement initiatives and creating standards.
•Preparing reporting’s to substantiate claims
•Preparing planned versus as-built, hindcasting and lessons learnt
•Representing our client with planning related matters to their Clients and Subcontractors
•Travel to vessels during the offshore execution and visit our various offices in other countries.
•Any ad-hoc duties as required

•Minimum a bachelor's degree in a technical direction (BSc.), preferably Industrial Engineering, Maritime Technology, Civil Engineering
•Minimum 5 years of planning experience.
•Experience with planning software Primavera P6
•Skills in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
•Affinity with Power Pivot and PowerBI are advantageous.
•Eager to learn about our specific offshore business and associated planning methods
•A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
•Organizational qualities.
•Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
