Senior Structural Engineer

Fluor's Perth based Mining & Metals team are looking for a Structural Engineer for multiple major mining projects. This role will fulfil a key position within the structural team and be part of major multibillion dollar projects within the business. Structural Engineers of all levels are encouraged to apply.

The Role

• Responsible for providing the quality structural design in accordance with applicable standards, project technical requirements, project budget and schedule
• Providing structural engineering analysis and design of bulk material handling structures
• Prepare and deliver cost-effective structural engineering designs from conceptual design to detailed design, tender and construction.
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders.
• Preparation of technical reports

The following experience/skills are required for the position:

• Demonstrated structural design experience in resource projects in both brownfield and greenfield environments.
• Proficient with Space Gass
• BHP projects experience 
• Good technical capability and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
