Position specific responsibilities and requirements:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the site team.
  • Managing site access.
  • Establish and maintain confidential records, correspondence and related material.
  • Arrangement of events, meeting, workshops, training sessions including logistics, catering etc.
  • Travel arrangement and coordination including flights, transfers, site access requirements, training for site visitors.
  • Accommodation bookings for off site travel.
  • Procurement of Stationary and PPE & misc. office supplies as required.
  • Coordination of shared inbox duties with other team members.
  • Other administrative and site office coordination duties as required.
  • Candidate must have HSE experience/background.

Position required competencies and skills:

  • Strong commitment to promoting positive Health, Safety and Environment in the workplace.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with various levels of management and personnel across the project.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency.
  • Self-starting and proactive with an ability to work unsupervised.
  • Attention to details and solve problems as they arise.

Position required qualifications:

  • Office Management and Administrative Diploma (advantageous but not a prerequisite)
  • HSE Experience/background.

Position desired experience, competencies and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in project work.
  • Previous site experience.
