About the job:
  • Updating the daily muster/attendance list for all contractors on the project.
  • Providing Administrative support to all Fluor staff onsite,
  • Filing of documents
  • Printing of documents / binding
  • Event planning and management
  • Procurement of PPE and equipment for the site office/staff and stock control
  • Creating site relevant documents in accordance with the role as required.
  • Creating profiles in JMS and the overall management of the journey management plans.
  • Assisting new starters with IT issues and providing assistance with systems use
  • Updating man hours for the project in DMIRS
  • Taking meeting minutes - when required.
  • Updating the visitor Kiosk to capture hour onsite.
  • Providing reports for head office in relation to accommodation - availability and occupancy rates.
  • Any ad-hoc requests from the team on site
  • End to end processing of mobilization of all contractors to site, ensuring site access requirements are met.
  • Contacting contractors for document requirements
  • Creating profiles in the LMS training system and updating competency
  • The main point of contact for contractors onsite for all accommodation requirements and maintenance issues
  • Booking and updating accommodation requirements for contractors / visitors involved with the project.
  • Creating profiles using the Gallagher site access system and creating site access cards.
  • Visitor access requirements.
