"Our international client is looking for a VESSEL OPERTATIONS ENGINEER to provide engineering reviews, address operation, advise (directly and indirectly) best practices both in the tender and in the projects to the Project Operation Manager (or delegate) to assist in the achievement of project/tender objectives, according to the plan/procedures developed by the engineering project team, based SAKARYA, TURKEY."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review project documentation reporting errors/omissions and suggest improvements considering advices from vessel operations management.
- Assist in liaising with Client Representatives/subcontractors.
- Assist in monitoring progress of work/site conditions and promptly advise if changes to project schedule/execution sequence may occur.
- When onboard support Vessel Management Team in planning/execution of work/project contractual & technical requirements.
- Participate to resolution of any technical problems.
- Supervise execution of diving, pre-commissioning, post trenching and hook-up.
- Provide operational input/support to onshore project teams.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Degree /Diploma qualification / equivalent technical qualification within related field of experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Operations Engineering with the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Languages: English
