"TRS is looking for Three (3) WELDING SERVICE LEADS to join our leading International Client's HAIL & GHASHA PROJECT based in ABU DHABI, UAE."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Coordinate the welding, NDT, ECA and FJC activities and personnel to optimize the projects performance in accordance with Client requirements, within time and cost constraints and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures.
  • Ensure the achievement of the established cost, time, productivity, KPI, quality, health and safety objectives in order to meet the contractual obligation.
  • Contribute to the capitalization of Project experience to improve and harmonize pipeline technologies work methodologies through continuous improvement and best practices Identifies discrepancies / criticalities relevant to the status of the data uploaded and support Project Quality Manager / Quality Control manager in defining the appropriate corrective actions.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma, or related field from an accredited university preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in programs of similar size and scope.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
