Equipment Operator

TRS Craft Services are in need of Equipment Operators with bobcat, front end loader and dozer experience at the Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico.

Qualifications
•
•
1 - 3+ years’ experience
•
Clean driving record
•
Heavy equipment certifications
•
Operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
•

Responsibilities
•
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
•
Heavy equipment includes trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other pieces of equipment
•
The Equipment Operator cleans, maintains and secures all equipment as directed and according to company policy and local and/or state regulations
•
Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant company, state and local regulations including running, maneuvering, navigating and driving
•
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks including inspecting structures and materials, and identifying causes of errors and other problems or defects
•
Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required
•
Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
•
Responsible for framing and erecting lines and structures, stringing conductors, and placing rubber and fiber covering on lines
•
Participate in routine maintenance
•
Maintain inventory
•
Other duties as assigned
•
Read and write to record pickups and maintain daily records
•
Make sound decisions and work independently

$23.98Hr + Fringe pay of $4.23 hr
