In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be supporting the Finance, Accounting and Tax team. You will be responsible for overseeing the invoices and payments processing, document controlling, Accounts Payable reporting, and supporting management reports.
Key Job Duties:
• Invoice Processing and record maintenance ensuring precision and compliance with company standards.
• Payment Management resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Facilitating and managing third party vendors maintaining a strong relationship and dealing with payment inquiries and billing disputes.
• Account reconciliation and month end closing which includes journal entries, accruals, etc.
• Support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Key Qualifications:
• Accounting degree/diploma in accounting or any relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• High level of accuracy when dealing with financial data and highly proficient with accounting principles
• Previous experience with different accounting software’s and familiar with online banking platforms to process various payments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve independently or within a team environment.
