Position Type: Full Time
Preferred Industries: EPC industry.
Experience Required: 7-10 Years (Relevant Experience 6 years)

They are at the top of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), asset ownership and operations and maintenance services in the three industry segments of generation, transmission and distribution. Incorporated in 1963 and headquartered in Kolkata, our operations are spread across India and abroad.
Job Knowledge:
- Preferably have worked in the commercial department of EPC companies.
- Should possess the knowledge of Project Accounting system & worked in ERP / SAP environment.
- Required to have knowledge of Vendor Bill Entry, Client Billing, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Indemnity Bond, Insurance & other commercial aspects related to the nature of work.
Key Responsibility Indicators:
- To read the contract document, understand the commercial requirement, highlight the key points related to Sale Bill
- Coordination with Project team and vendor for completion of all commercial activities despatch to ensure timely supply & delivery of materials at site.
- Processing PI / LC for vendor payment, Coordination with vendor for Collection of all despatch documents, review the same and booking of Vendor Invoices along with other details in ERP
- Coordinate with Project team for obtaining necessary Test Reports /GRN / clearance certificates / CIP / MICC etc. to prepare the Sale Bill Advise and forward the same to Billing department complete in all respect.
- Preparations of weekly Status Report for assigned Work & discuss with seniors to complete the pending work within given time frame.
- Proper Inter departmental Coordination to complete assigned work successfully and also help others wherever possible.
Skills: Accounting & Billing
Minimum Qualification: B. Com Hons.
