"TRS has an exciting International opportunity for a Camp Boss to join our leading International Client's Project team based WORLDWIDE.”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise and promote the activities required for a proper installation and staffing of a personnel accommodation camp as well as to manage the activities connected to a camp life facilities.
• Manage and maintain the Company campground, which includes residential housing estates, catering and entertainments facilities. Run and supervise the workers accommodation, looking after all camp aspects in term of customer services, maintenance and financial.
• Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected.
• Support the management of emergencies. Organize transport/medical intervention for emergency cases.
• Contribute to ensure discipline in the camp.
• Hold toolbox talks with staff on performance and safety issues.
• Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field of Study
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Camp Boss role within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Handling camps with over 8k Population
• Minimum of 2 projects in JV (Overseas)
• Must provide all relevant work certificates.
• Must provide Vaccination Information.
