TRS has an exciting opportunity with a leading copper refining company. The role is of Commercial Executive.
Job Title: Commercial Executive
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Job Summary:
The Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing and developing commercial activities to drive business growth and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and ensuring the efficient execution of commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and financial metrics for senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market analysis and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
