We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Reporting Coordinator to join our client's team on the green steel mill project in Boden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all project reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely communication of project progress and performance to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Develop and implement reporting templates and standards.
Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data from various sources.
- Maintain a centralized database of project information and documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather necessary information for reporting.
- Facilitate regular reporting meetings and presentations.
- Communicate project status and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all reporting activities comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of project reports and documentation.
- Implement corrective actions to address any discrepancies or issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools.
- Implement best practices for project reporting and data management.
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project reporting or a similar role within the construction or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex reporting requirements.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
