Who we are?
TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors. If you are looking for a job or an assignment in Belgium in one of these sectors, then we are able to help you!
Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or preferably master’s degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.).

Experience in the industrial Construction sector (3-5 years).

Experience in EPC projects is a great plus.

Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus).

Good communication skills.
-
Knowledge of standard IT tools such as MS Office, etc.

In possession of EU driver’s license and EU work permit / EU nationality.
What will you do?
-
support all running and new EPCm / construction-related projects.
-
support during all stages, from constructability meetings to managing the site during construction.

focal point for construction and other department.

Establish buildable and cost-effective solutions.

Project management during construction, handover, defects and final sign off.
-
Managing on site with employees and delegation to subcontractors (if needed).

Respecting and meeting deadlines.

Communication on a multidisciplinary level.

Full-time contract of at least 40 hours per week (staff position).
