Job Offer: Contract Administrator
Location: Nysa, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Prequalification of Potential Bidders: Participating in the prequalification process.
- Preparation and Coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs): Preparing and sending RFPs, coordinating the creation of complete RFPs.
- Meetings with Bidders: Conducting meetings to clarify RFPs and offers.
- Commercial and Technical Analysis of Offers: Analyzing received offers commercially and coordinating their technical analysis.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working with various departments including technical, legal, construction, finance, cost control, and project management.
- Negotiations with Bidders: Conducting negotiations with bidders.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Creating reports from offer analysis and final recommendations.
- Contract Preparation: Preparing contracts according to established guidelines and corporate standards.
- Supervision of Subcontractors: Overseeing subcontractors' compliance with schedules and contract terms on-site.
- Problem Solving and Change Management: Conducting meetings with subcontractors, resolving issues, preventing claims, and managing changes.
- Correspondence with Subcontractors: Managing correspondence with subcontractors.
- Invoice Verification and Approval: Verifying and approving subcontractor invoices in cooperation with the accounting department.
- Final Contract Settlement: Finalizing contract settlements.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization of work.
- Analytical Skills: Well-developed analytical abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: High personal culture, ease of establishing contacts, and teamwork.
- Stress Management: Ability to perform tasks under time pressure.
