SENIOR DOCUMENT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR (Contract Term) - Vancouver, Calgary or Elk Valley, BC based opportunity.
This role is in charge of executing efficient project information management, document control methods, procedures, and systems throughout all project phases.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Office Management, Data and Records Management.
• 7+ years of experience in document control administration and information management.
• Must have experience in EPC, mining, oil & gas, maritime, or owner side.
• Software experiences: Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other EDMS systems.
• Good understanding and experience in multiple phases of project execution.
• Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
