Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide support for employee relations and performance management.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
