QA/QC Manager who oversees the total managing of quality process from beginning till end.

Related to Offshore construction projects.
 

Additional responsibilities

• As the JV Quality Manager you focus on the wishes of the customer during your daily works, both expressed and unexpressed. By categorizing and analyzing these wishes, and including the Joint Venture processes, the JV Quality Manager can make suggestions for improvement.
• In addition, it is important for the JV Quality Manager to have a good insight into the production process as a whole and to be able to monitor it in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• The JV Quality Manager is responsible for the preparation and managing the adherence to the project specific quality plan (PQP) by related responsible experts.
• As the Quality Manager of the joint venture with different disciplines and experts, you liaise between both quality teams and client and give your technical and client required input.
• As the JV Quality Manager you are responsible the total managing of the quality process from beginning till end, implementation of the project specific PQP, organization and performance incl.
• Follow-up of all internal and external audits, solving all quality issues and ensures a timely closure/ acceptance of project related CAR’s, NCR’s and quality related TEQ’s.
• During performance of the works, you will have authority to take any action deemed necessary to ensure the conformance with the requirements of the contractual requirements which are monitored via the project specific Key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in coordination of multiple phases (construction, engineering,...) within Offshore industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You can manage set budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is an extra advantage.
