The Package lead for Offshore EPCIC Projects is responsible for leading and managing project package from initiation through completion. This role involves planning, executing, and closing scopes while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Package lead will manage subcontractors, coordinate resources, communicate with stakeholders, and manage risks to achieve project goals and objectives
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in offshore projects and at least 10 years’ experience in EPCIC projects.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure effective communication.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
• Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to project plans and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
• Implement changes and corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or feedback.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risks, and milestones.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project objectives.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct reviews and audits to verify project performance and outcomes.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and presentations as needed.
