Job Title: Performance Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Mandatory)

Summary

The Performance Analyst will support the operating plants by improving inverter operation performance. This role involves key analysis to understand inverter performance on a regular basis, supporting the operation team to take actions based on analysis results.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve reported Solar Inverter issues promptly. Provide technical assistance for seamless operations.

• Regularly communicate with the Inverter OEM for performance enhancement. Collaborate on solutions and implement updates for improvement.

• Lead/participate in initiatives for optimizing inverter performance.

• Seamlessly integrate new solar plants into Vena Energy software.

• Interpret SCADA data and develop effective dashboard logics.

• Track spare parts consumption and identify technical equivalents. Establish vendor relationships for efficient component supply.

• Prepare monthly statistics on Vena Energy fleet inverter performance. Develop user-friendly dashboards for Inverter operation, history, and consumption.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.

Education

• BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering

Work Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills, preferred
