The role:
As a Project Controller you shall be responsible for working within all stages of project management monitoring. The primary role is to work closely with the allocated project team to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly. You will monitor the progress of a project to ensure that it is working within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations and generate progress reports to senior manager.
Responsibilities:
Plan for high-risk project strategic initiatives and ensure correct duration estimated tasks.
Preparing and supporting the control of the incoming and outcoming of costings, invoicing, and correspondence (PMT & Client & Subcontracting).
Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
Offer direct financial communication with project team, internal financing department, subcontractors and Joint Venture owners.
Ensure financial information accuracy between program-level and subproject reporting.
Complete ad hoc assignments to support capital transmission project delivery.
Maintain current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow.
Create and execute internal controls and offer Internal Auditor services to assure controls.
Conduct cost variance analysis and schedule against baseline values through PMI Earned Value Measurement technique.
Enforce actual project data collection and weekly accurate estimates.
Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Controls).
Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field.
Numerical.
Commercial insight.

Alertness and attention to details.
Multi-tasking.
Anticipating / Solving problems.
Excellent knowledge MS Office (excel, word, power point etc.), Primavera P6 preferable.
Knowledge to Planning measurers.
