"TRS is looking for a French speaking Project HSE Manager with EPC Project experience to establish and implement the Project HSE Management System in line with the Client’s Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems and corporate standards for our International Client's MMO Project based in CONGO."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE Management System on all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning up to Mechanical Completion) of the project.
• To establish Project HSE Plan including HSE Policy (based on Corporate HSE Policy) and continually improve it.
• Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Project HSE Management Plan based on Companies Management standards and Project requirements.
• Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Project HSE Management System to project employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to the employees.
• Establish Project internal HSE audit program & schedule and perform the Project HSE Audit within the project organization in cooperation with Corporate HSE Team.
• Establish the HSE and security management plan for the sake of loss prevention of the site.
• Plan for and perform the site HSE and security management programs.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited bachelor’s degree in Environment, Occupational Safety & Health or Engineering from a recognized institute or other relevant degree.
• Minimum Eight (8) years’ experience as HSE Management System relevant position.
Must have NEBOSH.
• Full conversant with International HSE standards, codes and industry practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
