Among Duties
- Front-line Mechanical Asset Integrity Engineer (Rotating and Fixed) providing academic level asset performance improvements support to their assigned operating units.
- Seeks out opportunities to improve Mechanical Asset Integrity (Rotating and Fixed) performance for their assigned units through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Investigations.
- Capable of conducting Low complexity asset performance Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations on identified Critical Assets (High and Very High critical Assets, High and Very High Bad Actors, Proactive Failures - Repeat Failures, Reactive - Unique Failures and Others Low ACA Failures) without supervision or support from others.
- Performs a daily/weekly (SAP/Prometheus) reviews of all Open and New notifications to identify failure trends and provides notification compliance feedback to Maintenance.
- Performs Daily/Weekly Aspen data reviews to identify potential and actual failure trends.
- Facilitates the Identification, Investigation, Execution of Recommended Action Items and Closure of asset failure and performance investigations as identified by Reliability, Operation or Maintenance.
- Ensures that Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations are fully investigated, and that the actions taken eliminates repeat failures.
- Takes Responsibility for Reliability Centered Initiatives (RCI) projects from PPER though completion.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 1-3+ Years of Mechanical (Rotating and Fixed) Engineering Experience.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) Certification, PCC-1 Level 2 (Assembler) Certification.
- Academic Level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Computer Skills in, SAP, Prometheus, Meridiam, ASPEN, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems and processes.
