"TRS has a urgently requirement for an Offshore Rig Chief Mechanic with Jack Up project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our leading international client's Offshore project team based in SAUDI ARABIA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure the correct operation of rig’s mechanical equipment by the following preventative maintenance system, performing routine inspections, monitoring spare parts and coordinating own crew to carry out activities complying to Quality and HSE procedures and practices.
• Be safety minded during in all works and behaviours, use compulsory protective equipment and ensure the same for subordinates.
• Carry out own duties according to the Emergency Preparedness Action Plan.
• Ensure that before any maintenance activity is started, a proper risk evaluation is carried out, precautions are taken and the work permit is signed.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in technical field of Study.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Offshore Rig Chief Mechanic role within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Must have BOSIET/FOET and all Offshore Certificates (Compulsory)
