Our client are looking for a Senior CNC Toolmaker with extensive Edgecam knowledge who will be responsible for making tools such as injection moulds, press tools and jigs & fixtures. The successful candidate must have advanced skills, a proven professional experience and extensive knowledge of the plastic injection moulding.

This position will report to the Tool room Manager and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Perform all duties as per SEIFSA Main Agreement.
• Manufacture, modify, maintain and repair plastic injection moulds
• Adhere to all company safety requirements
• Continuous improvement
The minimum requirements for this position are:
• N3 with trade theory, mathematics and technical drawing
• Red seal trade test certificate in Toolmaking
• 5 years’ experience in Toolmaking
• 5 years’ experience with Edgecam software
• Experience in plastic injection moulding (Main function)
• Press tools, extrusion and urea compression moulding experience will be advantageous
• Must be willing to work overtime if and when required.
• A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential
• Good Knowledge of Health and Safety
