Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized project documentation and administrative files.
- Assist in estimating project costs and managing budget variations.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate cost projections.
- Support site management with procurement, rentals, and equipment tracking.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Keep project schedules up-to-date and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and process payment requests and manage contract changes.
- Facilitate project progress by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology Diploma, or equivalent construction experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in light industrial, commercial, or vertical civil construction projects valued between $2-40 million.
- Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, with a willingness to acquire new software skills.
- Knowledge of various building construction methods and standards.
- Valid driver’s license.
