Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Attracting and head hunting top technical talent in a variety of industry's
• Creating and building a pipeline of candidates
• Conducting phone interviews with candidates
• Creating submittal packages, references checks, and coordinating the entire process from beginning to end while working with the team
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions; pre- screen and interview candidates as required
• Participate with the hiring team to make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, employment applications, and resumes
• Help to create and place employment ads in on-line venues, as requested
• Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web sites and job boards, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews, and reference checks
• Assist in other recruiting and selection activities such as administration, contact and negotiation with recruiting institutions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS)/database
• Maintain requisition, resumes and reports in ATS, prescreen and submit qualified candidates through the ATS to the hiring manager on a daily basis, and submit offers for approval through the ATS, monitoring the approval cycle
•Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• Accredited four
• Minimum of 1 year in recruiting but open to all experience levels
• Ability to communicate year degree or equivalent e effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Pay rate will depend on experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
