TRS Staffing is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Houston, Texas.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions and maintaining databases with candidate information. Ultimately, you will help keep the hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees. Additional job duties are as follows:
• Own interview scheduling, including scheduling phone screens, onsite interviews and arranging travel for visiting candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams including Hiring Managers, and Recruiters to maintain clear communication and a consistently high standard throughout the entire screening process
• Update candidate records in ATS
• Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via the ATS, email or phone
• Serve as administrator of the ATS - An internal escalation point for resolving technical issues and staying current on product releases and improvements
• Generate and provide requested reports on recruitment activities
• Prepare offer letters and other new hire documents for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Actively partner HR Team members on onboarding of new hires and related activities
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Requirements:
• 2+ talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, demanding (technology) environment
• Proficient in various recruiting applications, software, and web applications to perform daily administrative activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborates easily with others to achieve goals
• Staffing coordination and scheduling experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a moderately complex and demanding environment
• professional attitude and demeanor
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills to develop data-based solutions and scenarios with proficiency in spreadsheet software
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task between many priorities and work activities
• Demonstrated ability to think through complex problems and get to resolution quickly
• Success Factors experience preferred (Applicant Tracking System)
• Proficient in MS Office applications including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
