CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - East York, Ontario
In the role of Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to contract documents.

Requirements:
-Education: Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-10+ years of construction-related experience in large infrastructure projects, particularly in heavy civil, shoring, excavation, and demolition is an asset.
-Advanced understanding of Quality, Health & Safety legislation, standards, and guidelines.
-Prepare and oversee project budgets, project execution, ensuring financial accountability, contract management, cost and risk management, schedule adherence, safety, and quality controls.
-Excellent leadership and management skills and acts with business integrity.
-Ability to work in their project office 5 days a week is a requirement.
