Corporate Senior Finance Manager ( Clean Energy and Renewables Sector )

We have a great and challenging job opportunity for Corporate Senior Finance Manager position who can Provide financial a strategic advice and support to management and coordinate financial planning, analysis and reporting.

is a fully owned subsidiary of one’s reputed holding companies operating within the energy sector in the Middle East.

Job description:
• expand the ongoing financial forecasts and business plans for the Group and its subsidiaries annually.
• Coordinate and review the ongoing financial forecasts and business planning process for the subsidiaries of the organization.
• High level financial and commercial due diligence for investment opportunities and projects.
• Assess the viability of new projects and investment opportunities and projects.
• Identifying various risks related to the new investment opportunities and projects.
• Scope out RFPs on behalf of the company when engaging with third party consultants for engagements / assignments in the domain of Corporate Finance (e.g. feasibility studies, market studies, valuation exercise, strategy, mergers and acquisitions etc.)

Qualifications:
• Min. 8 years of consulting experience in advisory and corporate finance.
• Must have a bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge;
• Ability to analyze varied investment opportunities
• Ability to carry out quick desktop due diligence
• Ability to carry out quick market studies
• Excellence in planning and execution
• Strong project management skills
• Experience and understanding of clean energy and renewables sector – including solar, water, green hydrogen etc.
