Job Title: Facility General Manager
Location: Chicago, IL

Company Overview
Our client, a leading provider of environmental and industrial services, seeks an experienced Facility General Manager. This role involves managing a Transfer, Storage, and Disposal Facility, ensuring compliance, safety, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices.
- Manage labor costs, including hiring, terminations, and performance appraisals.
- Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste processing per regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- 6+ years in plant operations.
- 3+ years in management.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations.
- Strong communication skills and decision-making ability.
